About me
I am María Noel Balla, a History teacher and Master’s graduate in Leadership and Management of Educational Institutions. For over 10 years, I have specialized in the Service-Learning methodology, combining my passion for history with a pedagogical approach aimed at transforming education through meaningful, community-oriented experiences. My academic and professional journey has allowed me to integrate theoretical knowledge with educational practice, designing and leading projects that not only enhance student learning but also promote values such as solidarity, social responsibility, and teamwork.

I have worked in various educational institutions, advising and training teachers and school leaders in the implementation of Service-Learning programs. My goal is to contribute to the development of a more inclusive, participatory, and socially connected education, shaping active citizens committed to their surroundings. If you are looking for educational innovation and a vision that combines academic tradition with the needs of today’s world, I would be delighted to collaborate with your institution. Together, we can create learning experiences that leave a lasting impact on students and the community.
